¿Te gustaría unirte a nuestro equipo? Descripción del puesto El IT Support Specialist será responsable de atender las necesidades tecnológicas de una de las cuentas más relevantes en la región.
Este rol requiere trabajo en sitio, donde se deberá proporcionar soporte técnico efectivo y supervisar las instalaciones.
Rol y responsabilidades Levantamiento en sitio.
realizar el levantamiento de requerimientos y condiciones actuales en el área de trabajo del cliente.
Verificación del área.
inspeccionar y evaluar la infraestructura existente para asegurar que todos los sistemas y equipos se encuentren en óptimas condiciones.
Solicitud de permisos.
gestionar y solicitar permisos necesarios en la planta para acceder a las áreas requeridas.
Brindar soporte al cliente.
proporcionar asistencia técnica de primera línea y resolver incidencias que surjan en el día a día.
Supervisión de instalaciones.
supervisar los trabajos de instalación de equipos y soluciones tecnológicas, asegurando que se cumplan los estándares de calidad.
Generar reportes para cliente externo e interno.
generar y reportar informes sobre el estado de los trabajos realizados, así como de los tickets o servicios atendidos, a cliente externo e interno.
Requisitos Conocimientos Técnicos.
conocimiento básico de infraestructura de IT y lógica de los equipos.
Capacidad para comprender la infraestructura de red para generar reportes del estado de la misma y de los tickets o servicios que se atiendan.
Inglés.
intermedio Experiencia.
entre 1 a 3 años de experiencia en el ramo de IT.
