The IT technician is mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.

Responsibilities Address and resolve IT issues escalated by the dispatcher.
Provide remote support, in-office physical support, phone support, and troubleshooting.
Set up and configure computer systems.
Perform Level 2 troubleshooting tasks including Active Directory, O365, Intune Autopilot, and basic hardware.
Document and maintain a clear record of all tasks, findings, and resolutions.
Qualifications.
Technical support knowledge (Advanced) in the following.
Operating System (Windows, Mac) Installation and Configuration Commands and Scripting Security for end users.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer Service Azure tools Intune Autopilot Active Directory Networking and security/forensics Offer.
