Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México Responsabilidades del puesto - Diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de IT relacionados con la conectividad a internet, servidores, clientes de correo electrónico, antivirus y sistemas operativos.
- Atender y gestionar las solicitudes de los usuarios en el ámbito del soporte técnico de IT.
- Preparar el equipo de usuario, diagnosticar la condición técnica del equipo antes de enviarlo a reparación.
- Crear instrucciones para los usuarios y mantenerlas actualizadas.
- Otorgar acceso a los servicios/aplicaciones internos.
- Administrar el mensajero corporativo y el sistema de correo.
- Mantener y actualizar el inventario de activos de IT.
- Brindar asistencia en la gestión de dispositivos.
**Requisitos del puesto:** Educación mínima requerida.
Universitario sin título.
Conocimientos de inglés a nivel medio.
