The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Git to assist with various technical tasks and collaborate with DevOps and L2 teams as needed We only want the best and if you are looking to work with a fast growing and stable American company then this position is for you.
The Responsibilities Handle and resolve daily operational issues, addressing ad-hoc user or system requests to ensure consistent service availability Diagnose and escalate incidents to appropriate teams (DevOps/L2) when necessary, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime.
Manage and troubleshoot data synchronization and loading processes, ensuring data integrity and availability Monitor and resolve issues related to scheduled tasks (cron jobs), ensuring that automated processes run smoothly and on time.
Oversee site creation, updates, and release activities, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful deployment and functionality
