• contact person for internal it support requests from colleagues • taking over first and second level support at the site • collaboration in first-level support internationally, if possible • coordination of third-level support at the site • coordination of local external service providers for existing and future services • administration microsoft entra / local user administration • administration and monitoring of all local it systems (firewall, network, server, printers), if necessary in cooperation with external service providers • provision of intune clients • lifecycle management of local assets (local data center, switches, firewalls, etc.) • local procurement of it equipment in consultation with it director / global it manager • monitoring local it security, responding to it security incidents • compliance with/implementation of global it standards c) special tasks / additional functions.
