We are currently searching for a Paint Shop Specialist - Sealing.
Responsibilities.
Oversee and optimize the application processes of sealing materials within a vehicle manufacturing plant.
Apply detailed knowledge of paint shop processes, including sealing, painting, and waxing automation, covering interior and exterior sealing, UB sealing and spray, hem flange sealing, roof ditch, and rocker panel sealing.
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sealing applications.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to identify and implement improvements in sealing applications.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of sealing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Technology, Paint Technology, or equivalent.
Proven experience with paint shop operations and automation systems related to sealing and painting.
Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
Languages Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
