What we offer   We are now looking for a Global Process Owner  for the Record to Report (RtR) process, in the Global Accounting Process Design team.
We offer a challenging global role with the opportunity to lead a dedicated and skilled process design team which members are located globally.
The process design team for RtR is responsible for the identification, design, and delivery of global accounting processes for both existing and new business initiatives.
What you’ll do   In the role as Global Process Owner RtR, you will manage and coach a globally based team of 5 dedicated process developers.
Together with your team you will drive the design of accounting processes to ensure quality, efficiency and scalability globally, manage and develop global processes following our business ambitions and digital agenda.
You will ensure that your team will have the methods, tools, and resources to achieve their goal and you, and your team will work closely with the Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay teams.
You will be collaborating with people within the wider finance community and various stakeholders throughout the organization, and you are driven to create results.
You will report to the Head of Global Accounting Process Design in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Main responsibilities.
Drive the development, design of efficient, quality assured and scalable processes in alignment with relevant stakeholders according to our strategy.​ Lead impact assessment and process design in partnership with stakeholders, and secure implementation of prioritized initiatives.
Capture requirements for prioritized initiatives from and towards various stakeholders and teams within finance, commercial and digital organizations.
Steer and enhance communication related to accounting processes and enable collaboration through global networks.​ Secure alignment and transparency on priorities with all relevant stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you should be passionate driving a team and developing people.
You have experience from leadership positions, have strong accounting skills and solid knowledge of process development.
Experience from working with APQC framework (or equivalent) taxonomy and methodology is preferred.
In addition to the above you have a university degree in Business Administration, and you are fluent in English both verbally and written.
Personal qualities as open minded, integrity and ability to uphold standards of professionalism and confidentiality are highly valued.
