What will you do as a Guest Experience Specialist
Handle client requests, resolve issues, and provide outstanding service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Represent NexusTours by offering premium services and tours to enhance customers vacations.
Ensure travelers receive the best advice about tours and activities, guaranteeing a customercentric experience.
What do we expect from you
Musthaves
At least 2 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, Front Office, or similar Customer Service roles.
Proven experience in conflict resolution and mediation.
Knowledge of Complaint Reports, Incident Reports, andor AccidentIllness Reports.
Advanced skills in Office Suite Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Knowledge in SalesForce.
Excellent English communication skills spoken and written
Strong interpersonal and customeroriented skills.
Nicetohaves
French language skills desirable.
