What will you do as a Guest Experience Agent
Assist and interact with travel agents, direct customers, and our team of specialists, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
Prepare quotes for clients and maintain constant communication with suppliers.
Help with other administrative tasks as needed.
What do we expect from you
Musthaves
At least 12 years of experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
Proven experience in customer service in a similar position.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems Salesforce.
Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel.
Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.
Nicetohaves
Knowledge in French Written and spoken
