At Tropical Incentives DMC, we are looking for a Senior Growth Marketer to spearhead our
marketing strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth
through innovative marketing tactics, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.
This role will focus on expanding our reach, increasing lead generation, and optimizing
conversion rates, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition,
engagement, and retention.
● Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor strategies to identify growth
opportunities.
● Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email,
social media, and content marketing).
● Conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data.
● Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business
goals.
● Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and
recommendations for improvement.
● Utilize SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
● Manageandoptimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
● Stayup-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.Job Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or 6-8 years of relevant
experience.
● Proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong track record of driving
customer acquisition and revenue growth.
● Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM software.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed
decisions.
● Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
● Excellent communication and project management skills.
● Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
● Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
● Familiarity with the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Events) industry is a
plus.
