Buscamos una persona analítica, apasionada y creativa que sea responsable de desarrollar e implementar estrategias innovadoras de crecimiento que generen resultados tangibles y sostenibles que impulsen la adquisición y retención de usuarios, buscando maximizar el ROI.
Responsabilidades
Diseñar y ejecutar campañas de adquisición de usuarios a través de múltiples canales SEO, SEM, email marketing, redes sociales.
Analizar datos y métricas para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y optimización.
Evaluar la efectividad de diferentes estrategias.
Desarrollar y mantener un enfoque basado en datos para la toma de decisiones.
Identificar tendencias y oportunidades en el mercado para impulsar el crecimiento.
Requisitos
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en growth hacking o roles relacionados.
Dominio de herramientas analíticas
Conocimientos de SEO, SEM y redes sociales.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Mentalidad analítica, orientada a resultados y capacidad para toma de decisiones basadas en datos.
