FINANCE PROCESS MANAGER, SOFTWARE & SERVICES

In this newly established Shared Service Center (SSC), we provide all the Accounting related services (General Ledger, Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay) to Hilti organizations located in the Asian Pacific Region.

What does the role involve? Strategic and conceptual alignment of financial processes and systems (Fleet Management, Premium Tool Pool, On!Track, Profis Engineering etc.) Optimization of existing processes as well as design and implementation of up-to-date financial processes in coordination with the requirements of the business units Software & Service Preparation, execution and follow-up of onboarding and training of finance experts in Software & Services in the regions (ownership on a training processes and contents) Establish and update of the process documentation, e.
Internal control framework (ICS), audit program Establish, implementation and monitoring of the key performance indicators to steer business (performance, quality, compliance) Coordination and managing the software & service projects with global/regional focus Coordination and execution of system upgrades (S4HANA) in cooperation with Global IT and regions / market organizations (incl.

What you need is.
University Degree in finance/economics or similar qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and/or process and project management Proven successful project management experience, ideally first leadership experience Strategic and conceptual skills, enthusiasm for further development of qualitative, efficient, audit compliant finance processes in global standard incl.
system rollouts, digitalization, documentation, control and cooperation Strong implementation skills with the right level of operational understanding, pragmatism and positive attitude Effective communication skills, including ability to make structured presentations to the different target audience Willingness to travel, openness, flexibility Expertise in SAP S/4 and/or SAP ByD and IT infrastructure Why should you apply?
