Job Description Esse profissional tem como objetivo participar em projetos da área com foco em customer service para dar efetividade aos processos administrativos e de atendimento ao cliente Job Duties • Suportar nas atividades de cadastro de clientes, produtos e preços, geração de orçamentos de serviços e lançamento de pedidos de vendas/serviços no sistema.
• Realizar atendimento telefônico com clientes, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços e envio de pesquisa de NPS (Net Promote Score) via email.
• Conferir ordem de compras geradas pelo exportador baseados nos pedidos de importação e realizar lançamentos de informações de importação no sistema ERP para preparação das notas fiscais e custos.
• Acompanhar os status dos pedidos de compras nacionais, previsão de entrega junto ao fornecedor e conferir documentos relacionados aos processos; •Apoiar no controle das planilhas de controles da área de Customer Service.
• Manter a organização e arquivamento dos documentos em geral, identificando-os e disponibilizando-os em casos de auditoria; • Realizar e monitorar o fluxo de assinaturas dos documentos através do aplicativo utilizado pela companhia; • Participar em projetos diversos do departamento de Operações, focando em Customer Service.
