he DuPont Cyrel ® business has an open position of Equipment Service Leader, to support the Latin America region, which can be located in our Polanco - Mexico City or Alphaville - Barueri offices.
our key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do.
anage the LA equipment service organization by country.
nsure that the local organizations are able to support the customer needs.
mprove the equipment service cost vs revenue by countryEnsure that the equipment service strategy is aligned across LA countriesSupport the LA Sales organization to increase the actual equipment service maintenance contracts and AHDOC services sales across LA in coordination with sales managersAlignment with the LA technical & marketing strategy to increase the overall aftersales customer support by countryLeading the strategy to define service providersTechnical audit of service providersResponsible for Profit Model developmentSpecification of equipment portfolio for sales projects.
nternal negotiation with equipment manufacturers, service providers and DuPont internal team.
ualifications.
achelor’s degree or equivalent required.
anguage skills.
English and Spanish at high level is required (oral and written communication).
