Mentor junior team members.
Manage build and testing activities for assigned projects.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.
• Should have good communication skills • Good client handling skills • Handle Release cycle - Review release notes, coordination with business, Build, Testing, deployment across environments • Build and deploy minor enhancements, optimizations etc.
• Analyst must have in depth knowledge of Healthy Planet • Knowledge of SQL/.
et/Java will be added advantage • Must possess good analytical and troubleshooting skills and readiness to work across multiple applications/ modules • Prior experience of working in ITSM and Ticketing tools like ServiceNow Let’s grow together.
