ob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Entertainment & VIBE Director to join our amazing opening team for SLS Playa Mujeres Cancun, All-Inclusive Collection.
This role will lead all of the service activities in the Entertainment department of the resort, always aiming for the highest possible guest satisfaction.
Under the guidance of the General Manager and within the limits of the established SLS and All-Inclusive Operational Standards, the responsibilities of this role are to provide efficient, personalized, courteous and punctual service and technical skill.

evelop, plan, organize, implement, and evaluate a variety of community services and entertainment programs, including special events and contract services.
stablish schedules and methods for providing entertainment services; identify resource needs.
articipate in the development of goals and objectives as well as policies and procedures; make recommendations for changes and improvements to existing standards, policies, and procedures; participate in the implementation of approved policies and procedures; monitor work activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
repare community event and entertainment publicity; coordinate referral systems and the publication of seasonal brochures; coordinate the dissemination of entertainment and community service publicity.
dentify community needs and recommend appropriate programs related to area of assignment.
repare periodic reports; maintain files and records.
onduct and supervise special events; develop contracts and hire contracted instructors.
aintain and design the online entertainment registration program.
erve as liaison on various community related committees and subcommittees as assigned.
repare purchase requisitions; order supplies and materials.
articipate in the selection of part-time entertainment team; provide or coordinate training; work with team members to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
articipate in the preparation and administration of the entertainment program budget; submit budget recommendations; monitor expenditures.

xperience in a similar leadership role for 3+ years.
Preferably in a luxury and/or lifestyle hospitality setting.
