These positions will commence in July and will be based in CDMX.
Make your mark in the Mexico Claims team AIG Claims team is directly responsible for managing the overall process that determines the client´s and broker´s experience.
To influence this process more effectively and accurately, it is key to adequately manage all the key variables and interdependencies involved in costumer journey.
We materialize the promise made to our clients via the insurance policy into actual tangible indemnities and actions.
We work closely with brokers and agents to properly manage risks that our clients have sustained and team up with them to properly mitigate them.
Also, we are a key part of the feedback cycle to the underwriting side of the business.
Through this feedback cycle, the company can learn from past claims history in order to improve and enhance the products offered to the market.
How you will create an impact We´re going through a transformation process and we need you to make the difference.
A lot of processes are waiting to be improved with a fresh view and listen recommendations to perform faster and better outcomes, that´s where you will come in.
As a lean navigator you´ll have a training plan and a roadmap of processes to be analyzed and improved, but not everything is written in stone, we also want to hear your recommendations.
Bureaucracy? We don´t want that for you, that´s why you´ll be reporting directly to the Mexico Head of Claims, also he´ll be your coach and mentor along this journey Get ready not only for be an ambassador of transformation, but also to boost your insurance-processes wisdom.
What you’ll need to succeed This role is for you if you´re passionate about process improvement, you don´t feel calmed if you can do something faster and better, you ask things twice ore more if necessary until you understand everything.
Exploring databases, having a lot of questions about it, present findings in graphics need to be fun for you.
Mapping processes and determining key indicators to model their performance.
Utilize statistical tools to monitor its performance over time and design a claims improvement performance plan.
Too theoretic! Not a chance! None of this can be materialized if the right stakeholders do not provide their buy in into the designed solutions.
As a Claims Transformation Agent reporting to the head of claims you will be strategically positioned to allow your voice to be heard and for it to become actions in a complex and dynamic organization.
We want to hear your experience improving processes, extra points if it has been in a financial company as a bank or insurance.
You´re an Excel nature and you feel comfortable expressing your findings in a PowerPoint slide, also you´re familiar with Microsoft tools like Word, Outlook and Teams.
