Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Director, Operations located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, this role involves being responsible and ensuring that all operational processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Working closely with various senior management positions, the Director Operations, will provide strategical leadership and direction to develop, improve and implement high productivity and quality standards in a safe and healthy work environment.
What a typical day looks like.
Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost.
Define operational financial goals.
Operational business experience including a successful performance track record managing staff and P&L.
Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments.
Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals.
Meet with Executive Business at least monthly to review and evaluate KOI's.
Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers.
Partner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals.
Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing and logistics.
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
The experience we're looking to add to our team.
BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training.
Excellent skills such as.
communication, problem solving, decision maker and teamwork.
Strong experience in people management and staff development.
Advanced English.
Experience in similar position in electronic- manufacturing environment.
Strong experience guiding multiple manufacturing entities.
Strong innovation skills and creativity.
Proven ability to follow up and improve key financial results.
Leadership Skills.
A Master's or MBA degree is preferred.
