Provide comprehensive technical support services.
Handson IT Support for users.
Profile
Bachelors degree in computer science or affinity careers
4 years of experience in Desk Side Support
Advanced english level
Microsoft certification or professional certification is a plus
Dedication to customer service support, Installation, and configuration Desktopslaptops Printers
Problem solving skills
Results oriented
100 on site
Main activities
Understanding and troubleshooting enduser devices.
working directly with site contacts for escalation and timely issue resolution
Effectively communicate with the client supervisor.
Provide support services for conference rooms, telephony, and printing services.
Follow established Asset Management processes.
Report any potential problem cases to the Deskside Manager
Replicate and resolve customer incidents in the software hardware environment.
Selfmonitoring of Help Desk tickets to ensure proper escalation and resolution of incidents consistent with the agreed SLAs SCTASKS, TASKS, INC, and REQ.
Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
On Offboarding for IT equipment.
