In your new role you will.
Collaborate with customers Be the Customer's first point of contact for all demand fulfillment topics Facilitate internal and external r elationship building Organize / manage supply chain meetings internally and externally Identify and implement process improvement measures to optimize customer collaboration Support Order Management Communicate open-orders, delivery plans and lead time towards customers Drive the reduction of demand-supply gaps; monitor on-time order fulfillment Support with implementation of supply chain concepts Analyze global supply situation in times of short supply in order to manage expectations by presenting available solutions to maximize customer satisfaction Initiate and manage emergency shipments Support inventory management initiatives Manage order handling complaints and returns Support customer data maintenance activities Have Opportunities to participate in special projects You are best equipped for this task if you have.
A Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of supply chain experience Effective communicator with fluency in English (written and verbal) Team player with strong customer focus mindset SAP/ERP experience a plus A Visa & passport is a plus Understanding this position is based in Guadalajara Ability to work in a hybrid work mode #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
