The Profile What We’re Looking For.
Strong Communicator.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
Customer Service Experience.
Proven background in customer service, ideally in a similar industry, ensuring you can hit the ground running.
Tech-Savvy.
Comfortable with office software like spreadsheets and word processors, plus willing to learn new systems, including an upcoming ERP transition.
Calm and Patient.
Able to stay composed and helpful, especially during challenging interactions, to provide the best customer experience.
Team Player.
Works well both independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
