• Support the complete sales process.
• Provide quick responses to internal and external customers (essential).
• Collect and consolidate data related to sales and report any problems, if any.
• Verify orders to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Provide product pricing, delivery specifications, and payment terms, while offering replacement products as needed.
• Track delivery dates to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Support sales representatives as needed • Understand customer requests, requirements, and expectations in order to formulate appropriate recommendations.
• Transfer sales opportunities to the sales representative when required.
Qualifications Bilingual College diploma in customer service or equivalent field of experience, minimum 5 years Must demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
Teamwork oriented Relevant experience in the manufacturing sector Excellent interpersonal skills Effective troubleshooting and decision-making skills Working knowledge of ERP system.
