What will you do? Coordinate Field Service Engineers regarding the Installation, Commissioning, Site Acceptance testing, Actualization, Retrofit and Repairs for Medium Voltage Switchgears (Air & Gas Insulated) and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
Customer services related activities like attention during warranty period of our products, remote technical support, provide training of operation of the switchgears to Customers, remote and on-site assistance for customers and hot-line first responder.
Responsibilities • Managing of service tickets/warranty cases in SieOps (Salesforce) from creation to closure for the Mesoamerica region.
This includes offerings for mounting/installation/SAT, etc.
of switchgears.  Ordering of spare parts with Order Managers and Coordination of activities with Customers and Project Managers.  • Hot-Line first responder for urgent warranty attention including holidays and weekends.
• Selection of 3rd party vendors for field service jobs (quotations, technical scope review and purchase orders in SAP).     • Repairs on-site or remote troubleshooting and/or Supervision of Installation, Commissioning or Site Acceptance Testing for Medium Voltage Switchgears (Air & Gas Insulated) and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
• Customer technical support on site or remote way for warranty issues related of Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
• Coordinating, preparing, and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and with appropriate quality for all the services or repairs scheduled to be attended by the Field Service Engineers.
• Collect all necessary information and evidence as remote way or on site from customers like photos, videos, to upload them on SieOps (Salesforce) and address this information to the quality assurance department to define how to proceed on next steps.
• Create and document properly all the activities performed on customer site in a field service report and obtain customer signature on service´s minute closing all open topics with the Customer and upload it on SieOps (Salesforce) accordingly.
Perform Customer Satisfaction surveys on services attended.
What will you need to succeed? • Skills.
Attitude for Service, Constructive culture Teamwork/Leadership, well Organized, good Communication/Negotiations skills.   • Bachelor’s degree on Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, Electronic, Industrial Engineering related field.
• Advance Knowledge in Medium Voltage Switchgears and LV Switchgear / Low Voltage Motor Control Centers.
Electrical & mechanical drawings.
• 60% administrative work (home office) / 40% On-site Travel to different locations in Mesoamerica to attend complex services.  • Availability to attend urgent issues on customer site including weekends and holidays.
• SAP Knowledge (BOMs, Purchase Orders).
SieOps (Salesforce) expertise.
• More than 5 years working on an electrical services company as a Field Service Engineer for MV Air and Gas Insulted switchgears and LV MCCs.
Strong Experience with EHS guidelines on Electrical Substations including EPP requirements and the 5 Safety Rules.   • Intermediate English level required.
