As a Customer Care Coordinator you must be self-motivated, proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Your responsibilities will be.
Manage daily shipping in order to guarantee the customer service continuity and quality while optimising operational costs in compliance with the Group policy.
Collaborate with the Transport Manager to prepare transport budgets and trends Specify Business Units transport needs and have it validated by the Transport Manager.
Implement the transport plan by ensuring the daily shipping management Organize and implement daily planning of the transporters Carry out all the administrative tasks related to transport.
Regulatory transport documents.
Follow-up of transport regulations (legislation, dangerous goods, etc.) Check on payments and validation of transport costs Deliveries follow-up, recording and archiving of Proofs of Delivery (PODs).
Update key indicators and build a dashboard of the transport activities (costs, deliveries, carriers, packs/pallet/units, truck utilisation etc...) Maintain close relationships with carriers for the daily operations in the objective of logistic performance optimisation.
Optimize the loading efficiency (trucks filling, respect of departure times, check the loading integrity).
Guarantee the implementation and respect of the quality, safety and environmental norms according to the Group policy Who You Are.
Experience with Soriana Portal is a must Relevant work experience in a busy logistics environment.
Good knowledge of MS office Some SAP Experience Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills Curious mindset that's eager to learn and improve We Offer.
