rrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara!What You'll Be Doing.
anage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base.
orking with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements.
wner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing.
ork with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.
iaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc.
are resolved in a timely fashion.
n-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process.
Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.
hat We Are Looking For.
ypically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement.
ntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
RP Experience such as Oracle, SAP or similar.
roven track record of strong work ethic, professional behavior, and customer service.
xcellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
