We are seeking a highly motivated andexperienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.
The ideal candidate willhave strong communication skills, experience in handling customer complaints, and a provenability to lead teams and meet targets.
ob Responsibilities.
ustomer Relationship Management.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our branding.
omplaint Handling.
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for effective solutions and positive outcomes.
ead and Mentor Team.
Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
arget-Oriented Sales Support.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve customer satisfaction goals and meet set targets, including customer retention and referral metrics.
ustomer Feedback.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in both products and services.
eporting & Analysis.
Provide regular reports to senior management on customer satisfaction levels, team performance, and complaint resolution statistics.
ob Requirements.
xcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally to customers and team members.
revious experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the automobile or related industry.
emonstrated ability to effectively handle customer complaints, with a focus on conflict resolution and customer satisfaction.
xperience in leading and motivating a team, with the ability to influence and guide others to achieve targets and goals.
