Your daytoday responsibilities
Serve as the primary POC, ensuring strategic consultancy and guidance in line with the key clients objectives, creating strong and lasting business relationships
Responsible for internal coordination with other departments to ensure client requirements are effectively met, facilitating the delivery of products or services
Optimize processes and design plans to maximize client satisfaction, providing valuable insights for strategic decisionmaking
What are we looking for
Advanced English level
Availability for flexible scheduling
Skills to communicate assertively with the highest level of management
Strategic thinking and the ability to analyze client needs
6 months of experience in Customer Service, KAE, Account Executive
Creation of reports and data analysis Dashboards with KPIs and indicatorsDesirable
Experience in managing strategic accounts for AAA clients Desirable
