The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of project management proficiency, innovative event execution, and demand generation tactics, with a distinct focus on overseeing processes, timelines, and deliverables for various projects, as well as proactively identifying any resourcing challenges.
Key Responsibilities Process Expert.
Manage the lifecycle of events and demand generation initiatives, stewarding all processes, timelines, and deliverables.
Accountability.
Align teams to and work within defined RACI models for approvals and change management.
Project Management.
Track progress diligently, keeping all team members informed and coordinating follow-ups effectively to maintain momentum.
Resource Management.
Escalate resource allocation issues, schedule conflicts, or concerns within the creative operations team.
Event Orchestrator.
Orchestrate impactful events that align with the organization's OKRs.
Relationship Builder.
Establish strong rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, and external collaborators for optimized project flow and outcomes.
Values Champion.
Uphold company values and foster a positive working atmosphere within the team.
Budget Management.
Diligently manage project-related finances, maintaining budgetary compliance and fiscal transparency.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in event production (corporate).
Brand campaign management experience, working knowledge of the creative process.
Demonstrated communication and agile coordination skills in dynamic team settings.
Comfortable with project management tools and methodologies, with readiness to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Budget management experience.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software is a plus.

Hybrid.
In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week.
This role must attend our local office for part of the week.
The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
