In this role, you'll focus on transforming instructor-led training and traditional eLearning assets for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management application into modern and engaging micro-assets that provide the greatest skill in the shortest time to our customers and partners, when and where they need it.
You'll also be expected to create new educational content to address our continuously evolving cloud applications as new features and functionality occur.
Your primary audience will be implementers and administrators.
You'll learn the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and share your knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management.
This is a senior level position.
areer Level - IC4 Be a subject-matter expert for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management application by working hands-on within the application.
Design and create the best training solution to fit the need (which may include videos, simulations, E-Learning courses, animations, graphics, lab exercises, knowledge base articles, assessments, job aids, in-application help or guidance, and/or other written text).
Collaborate virtually with a global team of product managers, support engineers, writers, user experience researchers/designers, instructors, and certification specialists to determine proper scope for the Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Management application.
Apply your judgment to determine which product areas need to be addressed and how to lead and participate in projects, initiatives, and strategies that contribute to our next generation user experience.
Effectively collaborate with internal and external team members.
Stay current on industry trends and authoring tools and suggest process improvements and product innovations.
