Why You’ll Love This Job As a Content Migration Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by helping schools elevate their websites through content migration while honing your skills to refine layouts and improve design while maintaining high-quality standards.
\ What You’ll Do Assist schools in enhancing their websites by migrating content from existing websites to a new CMS and website platform.
Utilize spreadsheets to organize and track content, changes, and project details.
Apply HTML to update and refine content layout for improved presentation.
Work efficiently without compromising on quality and design standards.
Focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
Who You Are Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university or college Experience with or knowledge of a CMS (e.
., WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, Drupal) Proficient computer skills, ideally with macOS Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken Understanding of modern website navigation and web design principles Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Docs/Sheets) Technical proficiency in tasks such as uploading, downloading, searching, and sourcing data Functional knowledge of HTML and CSS Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills \ Why You’ll Love Working With Us We take our responsibility as a company seriously and aim to make this the best job that you’ve had (and one that sets you up for future success).
