esponsibilities Apply sound compensation theory in the development of competitive programs based on relevant local salary surveys, competitive environment, economic trends, and local HR inputIntegrate insights from the Business and Regionally aligned comp partners to produce ranges that reflect our talent strategiesManage participation in compensation surveys to collect and analyze results to ensure company's competitive positionPrepare and deliver presentations to Comp Partners and other key stakeholders that identify issues, including tactical and strategic pay recommendations and/or solutionsSupport business-aligned Compensation partners with analytics and insight, providing direct consultation to their clients when appropriateInterpret trends, forecasts, and economic factors to establish funding recommendations for various pay programsParticipate in the successful completion of the annual compensation cycle, which includes the delivery of promotions, base pay adjustments and incentivesExercise judgment in selecting techniques and evaluation criteria in completing analysis and developing solutions/recommendationsWork independently or as part of a cross-functional team to prepare analyses and recommendationsMinimum Qualifications7+ years experience providing global benchmark analysis as an internal employeeExpert knowledge in market pricing and how that connects to job levelingAbility to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment,Ability to influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with stakeholders of various levelsStrong Microsoft Excel skills and commitment to accuracy Strong project management and follow through Ability to work asynchronously and with overlap to US time zonesExcellent attention to detail, confidentiality, time management, organization, decision-making, and planning skillsExpertise in costing analysis, statistical analysis, and modelingExpertise in Excel & PowerPointAbility to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneouslyPreferred QualificationsBroad compensation experienceWorkday experienceExpertise in the LATAM talent market#LI-ML2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
