Cash Collections Scope.
Full-time | Finance Shared Service Center | Location.
Mexico City The cash collector ensures the timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining a healthy cash flow, and foster positive relationships with customers while adhering to company policies and objectives.
Key activities.
nquire with our customers regarding payment through email, phone, and 3rd party portals.
rovide exceptional internal and external customer service regarding collection matters.
eview for account discrepancies, answer queries, and resolve short/over payments.
repare and issue customer refunds.
ork comfortably within excel documents and prepare comments for weekly aging reports.
ocument clear and concise notes within NAV of collection activity completed.
dvise Collections Manager of credit risk concerns.
ommunicate & follow up effectively with the sales department regarding resolution of billing discrepancies.
chieve or exceed defined department goals and activity metrics.
