COLD CHAIN COORDINATOR FREIGHT FORWARDER EXPERIENCE

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator at our corporate office in Cancún, located at Moon Palace, with experience in supply chains and cold chain management.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the service and response times of our department for operations in Mexico within the Food and Beverage area, as well as the proper management of all operational and accounting processes related to Logistics and Foreign Trade, along with the constant updating of customs laws in the various countries where THE PALACE COMPANY operates.
Education Bachelors degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, or Customs.
Experience 3 years in similar positions.
Language Conversational English advanced.
Specific Knowledge Proficiency in Office Suite and SAP is desirable.
Some responsibilities
Effective coordination of cold chain operations.
Continuous search for routes and alternatives to improve transit times of goods in all countries where the chain operates with Freight Agents and Customs Agencies, both on a daily basis and by project.
Management and control of operational information for internal support.
Compliance with regulations regarding PhytoZoo sanitary requirements and health documentation with the SSA.
Ensuring compliance with tariff and nontariff restrictions and regulations.
Managing funding control by operation for budget optimization.
Control and management of warehouses abroad.
Implementation and compliance with indicators for operational improvement.
Review and application of various tariff and nontariff benefits related to foreign trade for operations in Mexico and the Caribbean.
