This is a critical position within Miller & Miller Law.
The Client Service Manager (CSM) is a Paralegal who assists the attorneys and delivers legal services in the office.
Not only is the CSM responsible for supporting the attorneys, but they shall manage an assigned group of bankruptcy cases from intake through discharge.
This is a fully bilingual and ON SITE position.

Previous experience with US consumer (debtor-side) bankruptcy (at least 2 years).

paralegal degree/certification.
Reports to Operations Manager.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Professional Office work environment.
Routinely uses computers, phones, photocopiers, stamp machine, scanner and file cabinets.
Must be comfortable working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Must be able to multi-task and stay organized.
Physical Demands – Largely a sedentary role; however, there is some filing required.
Must be able to bend, stand, sit, twist, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

Primary Responsibilities.
Support attorneys with document organization, case management, court hearing preparation and adversarial trial support as needed Prepare Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Cases using Best Case cloud software.
Work independently with clients on document collection and walk through of the filing process.
Communicate with clients on upcoming case status.
File cases electronically through ECF court filing system.
Attend weekly team meetings and provide case status and outcomes for the week.
Ability to work independently and manage individual caseload.
Preparation and service of court documents and other legal instruments as delegated by attorneys.
Preparation and service of written communications, including e-mail, as requested by attorneys.
Maintain high organization of all client files, both paper and electronic.
Manage attorney calendars and court dockets.
Support Attorneys with special projects.
