**This is an on-site position, and you can only apply if you live in Tijuana, Rosarito, or Tecate. (The job offer will only be extended upon successfully completing the interview process at our offices. Please note, we do not cover relocation costs to the city.)

Seguros Confie in Tijuana is Hiring Claims Representatives
Confie is a shared service center, originally from the United States, mainly in the areas of California, Nevada, and Arizona. Its clients are primarily insurance companies in the vehicle and medical sectors, each with more than 60 lines of business. Some examples are Freeway, One Source, Bluefire, and over the years, we have grown and acquired more companies such as SCRAM, First Acceptance, Assured Health, among others.
We are an extension of this business located in Tijuana. This past year, we have grown from 1,500 employees to over 1,800, and we even have plans to open another site in Mexico.

Are you ready to be the first line of defense in helping customers solve their problems? As a Claims Intake Specialist, you'll be handling calls and processing claims, making a real impact from the moment you pick up the phone.

Schedule:
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM
Operations: 7:00 am to 5:00 pm or 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Sunday and Tursday Off (The operating schedule rotates each week, with the day off alternating between Saturday, Friday, or Thursday)
Requirements:
-Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level)
-Basic computer and typing skills
-Must have valid Mexican documents
-Call Center or Claims-related experience is preferred
