descripción principales responsabilidades.
recepción de pagos.
procesar y verificar los pagos recibidos de clientes a través de diferentes métodos como transferencias bancarias, cheques, pagos electrónicos, etc.
aplicación de pagos.
asignar correctamente los pagos a las facturas o cuentas correspondientes en el sistema contable de la empresa.
garantizar que los pagos se apliquen de manera precisa y oportuna para mantener las cuentas por cobrar actualizadas.
resolución de discrepancias.
investigar y resolver cualquier discrepancia en los pagos, como montos incorrectos, pagos no identificados, o diferencias entre lo recibido y lo facturado.
coordinarse con otros departamentos, como ventas o servicio al cliente, para resolver problemas de pago.
conciliación de cuentas.
realizar conciliaciones bancarias para asegurar que los registros internos coincidan con los extractos bancarios.
identificar y corregir errores en los registros de pago.
comunicación con clientes.
mantener una comunicación efectiva con los clientes para resolver problemas de pago y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente.
perfil buscado (hombre / mujer) requisitos indispensables.
licenciatura en carreras administrativas (puede ser pasasnte) inglés avanzado indispensable - comunicación únicamente con usa mínimo 2 años de experiencia en cash application/cuentas por cobrar qué ofrecemos sueldo competitivo más prestaciones superiores a las de la ley.
