Overview • You will provide exceptional customer service for customers who live in the US or Canada.
Develop solutions and become a process expert through collaboration.
• You will support and promote a customer-centered culture striving to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations.
Furthermore, you will contribute to a team environment that is focused on high performance and operational excellence.
This onsite role is located in three cities.
León, Puebla and Guadalajara.
If you want to achieve professional growth with the expectation to be in the office only 5 days a week, this job is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing.
• Customer Service.
Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers.
Manage fulfillment to ensure consistent and reliable performance in hyper-care customer situations for optimal service.
Manage solutions to enhance customer service initiatives and to provide consistent service.
We’re Looking for Someone With • High School diploma (or equivalent).
• Complete documents • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory for this role.
• Experience is not mandatory but is advantageous.
• Solid time management skills and ability to work in a team environment.
