BANAMEX | CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT SENIOR MANAGER

The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business.
This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes.
An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.
Responsibilities.
Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationships with Gather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication Simultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communications Develop content for relevant governance forums Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior Management Liaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agenda Lead work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy Develop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communication applications of new processes and facilitating the change management program to move to the new process Qualifications.
10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred.
Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferred Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
Working knowledge of Citi’s Data Operating Model Education.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred The Consumer Management Senior Manager is responsible for the reduction of Banamex Risk over use of Data related to customers while at the same time improving the quality of the operation and products that require it.
Management of day-to-day operation of Banamex Client Application; and management of short and long period initiatives to improve the quality of Client Data and its use making sure is aligned to Data Governance Policy.
Senior Manager is responsible of the main customer data system and will help to reduce regulatory risks associated to the customer data system and minimize operational impact to customers.
Will work with different areas across the financial institution to lead cross functional efforts that may impact operational system, apply or develop controls for customer application and negotiate the request of budget for regulatory, system maintenance or improvements.
