Key Responsibilities.
Build new client connections and maintain strong relationships with existing clients using CRM and ERP tools.
Lead digital marketing efforts, from social media management to digital catalog creation.
Represent us at national shows (virtually or on occasion in-person) to support sales promotions.
Manage website live chat to assist with quotes, product alternatives, and customer retention.

Proven B2B sales and business development experience.
Strong understanding of CRM tools and digital sales management.
Creative, innovative, and proactive in marketing.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for reconnecting with old clients.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
