Always committed to lifelong learning, growth and development As an Axial Learning Analyst, you will play a key role in improving and optimizing the learning strategies within Axial Academy.
The main focus of this role is to oversee training initiatives that support our cloud-based global talent and development platforms.
Key Responsibilities.
Support and own the release process for Axial's global talent and development platforms.
Evaluate current learning systems and recommend improvements.
Implement new technologies to bolster global learning initiatives, with a concentration on Axial training programs.
Collaborate with the Local Axial Leadership Team to deploy new functionalities.
Assess their impact on end users to ensure alignment with Axial training objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience.
Minimum of 1 year experience in HR or learning processes.
Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to efficiently drive projects from inception to implementation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and collaborating with collaborators across all organizational levels.
Strong documentation skills to produce clear and concise requirement specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Effective time management skills for handling multiple project tasks simultaneously.
Advanced proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills & Experience.
Experience with learning systems/platforms (e.
., Degreed).
Knowledge of robotic/process automation.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience with using ChatGPT and other AZ IA Technologies.
