This position reports to Regional Sales Manager – Northern & Central Europe Your role and responsibilities In this position, you will support the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in the assigned countries.
Increase new and existing business by supporting the Local Sales Units to have relevant knowledge of products and markets.
The work model for the role is.
hybrid; #LI-Hybrid The role is contributing to the Motion / System Drives division in Northern and Central Europe.
You will report to the Regional Sales Manager – Northern & Central Europe.
You will be mainly accountable for.
• Participating in sales strategy discussions for assigned countries, agreeing short- and long-term goals and negotiating the Division sales budget.
Creating the division sales plans together with Local Sales Units.
Helping to develop stronger and more productive Local Sales Units.
• Analyzing customer needs and competitor offering through general market information and information provided by Local Sales Units.
Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.
.
product launches) and communication to Local Sales Units and customers.
Communicating the value proposition of the products, systems and packages.
• Supporting the Local Sales Units and customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers.
Being responsible for defining pricing of products, systems and packages to Local Sales Units focusing on volume, mix, value proposition and profitability targets for division.
• Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations, negotiations and offering product/solution/package related training.
Qualifications for the role Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and Business Development Knowledge of Drives and Electric Motors is needed Engineering industry experience with relevant technologies Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field Relationship builder with excellent social and collaboration skills Cultural sensitivity Ability to adapt, curious by nature Customer-centric mindset Industrial automation experience is an advantage Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, a Scandinavian language is a plus.
