Job Responsibilities.
Product Knowledge.
nderstand the technical aspects of valves (e.
., ball valves, Butterfly Valve, Motorized Valves, PICV, 3 Way Valves, check valves, etc.) and how they are used in various industries mainly in HVAC.
e able to explain the features, benefits, and specifications of different valve types, including materials, sizes, and pressure ratings.
ustomer Engagement.
espond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and offer solutions to any issues they may be facing with their valve products.
ales Process.
enerate and follow up on leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, trade shows, networking).
repare and deliver quotes and proposals, often including custom valve configurations based on specific customer needs.
egotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales.
o Work closely with engineering or technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately met.
ales Reporting and Administrative Tasks.
aintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
o Provide regular updates on sales targets, performance metrics, and customer feedback to management.
fter-Sales Support.
tay in contact with customers after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with the product and service.
andle any post-sale issues, such as returns, repairs, or replacements.

Job Requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
