¿Cuáles son sus principales tareas a desarrollar? Aplicar y mantener la identidad de la empresa y los estándares de marca.
Analizar KPI`S, venta diaria, proponer aspectos de mejora.
Diseñar y ejecutar plan de acción comercial en coordinación con otros departamentos.
Supervisar del cumplimiento de las políticas de visual Merchandiser, trade marketing, exhibición y reposición.
Capacitar y desarrollar al personal de su equipo.
¿Cuáles son los requisitos? Formación en Áreas Comerciales.
Marketing, Relaciones comerciales, o carreras afines.
Experiencia de 1 año en posiciones similares, principalmente liderando equipos en piso de ventas.
