We're looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant who thrives in a vibrant environment, ensuring everything from administrative tasks to ccommunication runs like clockwork.

Your responsibilities Works with all the recommendation brands, but mainly with those that have the medical sales team.
Nurofen and IFCN.
Support to OTC brands for interactions with doctors Medical Events and Congresses (Internal and Sponsorship) Compliance link with Global and Legal Director.
Collaborations and contracts with doctors PO's of the medical team Medical providers Internal events (Conventions for the Medical Sales Team) Donations to hospitals Management of approvals in Veeva Tracking doctor's profit and loss The experience we're looking for Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative tasks.
Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or legal is an advantage Highly analytical and organized English advanced.
The skills for success Attention to detail, Analytical skills, compliance, marketing, trade marketing, pharmaceutical companies.
