What You’ll Do.
Ticket Processing.
Receive and log parking ticket submissions through email and phone, ensuring every ticket is tracked and documented accurately.
Invoice Management.
Update invoices after court decisions, preparing them for payment to the city or marking them as dismissed.
Financial Transactions.
Collect payments from customers upon ticket submission and manage related financials.
QuickBooks Data Management.
Use QuickBooks to enter data and manage financial records related to ticket payments and city dues.
Organized Record Keeping.
Keep meticulous records of all transactions and ticket statuses, without the need for phone communication.
The Profile What You Bring.
QuickBooks Expertise.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is a must for financial management tasks.
Detail-Oriented.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy in every detail.
Task Management Skills.
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and stay on top of entries and updates.
Written Communication.
Strong written English skills to handle email correspondence effectively.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and ready to take on detailed administrative work in a legal setting.
We provide comprehensive training on specific tasks (excluding QuickBooks).
