Position Responsibilities.
Human Resources.
Recruitment, onboarding, rewards and sanctions, and employee exit processes in Mexico; team development.
Administrative work.
Operational management of offices and warehouses; internal file management.
Commercial support.
Coordination for the company's participation and exhibition in fairs; maintenance and operation of the company website and other social platforms; management and periodic updating of the necessary business licenses and permits.
Foreign relations.
Represent the company in communication and collaboration with external units.
Availability to travel occasionally.
Offered.
Monthly salary of $ gross monthly Quarterly bonus (approximately 1/4 of salary) after meeting objectives Annual bonus according to objectives.
Computer as a work tool.
Monday through Friday in person, and on Saturday mornings participate in an online business summary meeting.
Monday to Friday, 9.
am to 6.
pm.
