As part of our finance team, the AR Collections Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring timely collections and maintaining positive client interactions.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AR Collections Specialist to join our finance team at Landmark Associates, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounts receivable collections, with exceptional communication skills in English C1 or C2 proficiency level. This role will be responsible for managing collections activities, contacting clients directly, and resolving outstanding debts in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients to resolve delinquent accounts and minimize bad debt losses.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Maintain detailed records of all collections activities and client interactions, documenting payment arrangements and followup actions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide regular updates on collections activities and account status to management, highlighting any trends or issues that may impact cash flow.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable collections or a similar role, with a strong understanding of AR processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English C1 or C2 proficiency level, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Schedule
Monday Friday, 900 am 500 pm Mexico Time
