Inviting applications for the role of Accounts Payables, Invoice Processing.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day invoice processing in ERP System.
Ensure that every invoice is 100% accurate with its Policies and achieve the stablished Service Level Agreements Responsibilities • Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order invoices as per the established process.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries.
• Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discount, scheduling and preparing checks/Fund Transfer Orders.
• Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports.

• Verifications of support data.
• Upload import documentation in system • Support to End of month postings to fix any discrepancies.
• Review expenses and reconcile broker statements.
• Verify tariff discrepancies.
