ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EMS

We are currently seeking a talented Account Management EMS who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
In your new role you will.
Regional responsibility for assigned EMS accounts for both demand fulfillment and demand creation activities Achieve team & individual business targets, drive revenue growth and gain market share Identify the projects with high growth potential and acquire resources/ competencies to maximize design wins, including the involvement/support of the relevant HQ departments Monitor the sales and demand creation activities, and provide appropriate sales reporting timely Team up with marketing, application engineers and management to achieve defined target design win targets.
Build strong and long-lasting relationship with customers You are best equipped for this task if you have.
Minimum a bachelor degree At least 5 years work experience within the semiconductor industry Excellent understanding of EMS / ODM business Strong analytical skills Advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge and presentation skills Good interpersonal & communication business skills Ability to work under pressure from both internal & external Ability to articulate business proposals across management levels Fluent written & oral English for business #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
