Role Description:今回募集するのは、公共インダストリー(官公庁)向けアカウント営業のポジションです。アカウントエグゼクティブが目指すのは、お客様の「トラステッド・アドバイザー」になることです。システムを導入するIT部門のみならず、事業ラインの経営者と直接コミュニケーションをとり、CEO(最高経営責任者)から最も信頼されるパートナーとなることを目標としています。公共インダストリー営業チームに所属し、アサインされたいくつかのアカウントに対して、アカウントプランの立案を行い、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存顧客に対するアップセル、クロスセルを行います。営業先はIT部門だけではなく経営者や役員、ビジネス部門など。 ※担当予定業界:公共、官公庁Your Impact:・ご経験や適性に応じて大手企業向けの営業チームに所属し、新規及び既存顧客に対してマーケティング、インサイドセールス、 プリセールス、チャネルセールス、パートナー様など多くのステークホルダーを巻き込み、チームをけん引し、 SFA、CRM、Platform、Digital Marketing、BI、IoT 等 様々なソリューションによるビジネス変革を提案します。・製品ではなくサービスを顧客に提供しますので、製品の出荷・納品などに労力を費やすことは無く、顧客の成功に向けた提案に集中ができます。・中長期的なお客様ごとのアカウントプランを作成し、戦略的に営業活動を行います。・将来的なキャリアパスとして、グローバルアカウントマネージャーやチームリーダー、営業マネージャー、またその他の部署への異動などへのステップアップが可能です。 Basic Requirements:・公共/自治体業界向けの法人営業経験3年以上・法人営業経験5年以上・業務エンタープライズアプリケーションの提案経験・目標達成のため、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを確率し、実践している方・新規開拓経験・高いチームワークの能力Preferred Requirements:・戦略的アカウントに対するプランの作成、遂行経験・ビジネス部門のC Levelに対する営業および直接提案の経験・カスタマーサクセスへの高いモチベーションとコミットメントSalesforce, the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM, empowers companies to connect with their customers in a whole new way.
